Estimates and pricing
Prices shown on this site are typical ranges to help you budget — not quotes. Your actual price comes from a written, itemized estimate after we inspect the roof and attic, and it's good for 30 days. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a specific price.
Requesting work
Submitting the form or calling starts a conversation; it doesn't create a contract. Work is scheduled only after you approve a written estimate. No deposit is due until the price is approved and the work is scheduled.
Our work
Residential roofing is performed by crews registered with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board and bonded as required by Arkansas law, carrying general liability and workers' compensation. We provide a certificate of insurance and our registration number on request before we begin. We follow the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code and applicable city codes, pull required permits, and install to manufacturer specifications so warranties apply.
Insurance claims
Nothing on this site is a coverage opinion. Whether hail or wind damage is covered depends on your policy, your deductible and your adjuster's findings. We document damage; your carrier decides. Your deductible is yours to pay, and we will not waive, rebate or absorb it.
